You received a damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing order.
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect missing or want to be return when you get it, please contact us within 3 days. We cannot accept return refund claim requests made after 3 days. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges for In case of return or exchange)
You need to send us a picture of your Order Invoice, which is inside your package. This helps us check your order. Without the invoice, we might not be able to process your return. If your order is damaged or incorrect, we may also ask for a picture of the product.
All products must be returned in their original condition (unused, with all seals and tags intact) and with all accessories. We will check the products at our warehouse to make sure they are in their original condition. We may refuse your return if the product is damaged, used, or in poor condition.
